As interest in careers in medical education continues to grow, several residencies and fellowships now support specific tracks for their trainees to develop their skills as medical educators and scholars.
The Leadership and Medical Education - Collaborative (LME-C), a part of the Academy of Scholar Educators at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, is a collective of trainees from various affiliate programs of that nature. The LME-C brings these trainees together in an effort to connect them around medical education topics, scholarly work, and community building.
