We are offering FREE access to group exercise classes to all CWRU Students through Nov. 30, 2020. Exercise is so important for both your physical and mental health. CWRU students can register through MINDBODY and choose the "CWRU Students Free Virtual Pass" payment option ($0!).
Starting on Saturday, Nov. 21, we will begin hosting select classes in-person at Adelbert Gym, the facility located adjacent to One to One Fitness. This new location is very large, with plenty of space for class participants to practice social distancing. It was also just fitted with a completely new HVAC system to ensure a safe environment. As always, classes will also be streamed live and available for viewing for up to 24 hours. Active members receive unlimited classes at no additional charge. We also offer membership passes for non-members only interested in taking virtual classes with us!

Pilates Reformer is designed to improve flexibility and posture, while also increasing strength and stabilizing your lower back muscles. Classes meet twice a week in Studio A, giving participants ample space to safely social distance.
Our personal trainers are available both in-person and virtually to help design a custom program just for you. Don't have the proper equipment at home for a virtual session? That's not a problem as our trainers will develop a plan using everyday household items.
Looking for a private space to keep up your exercise routine? Our trainer's studio, private cardio room and fitness studio are available to rent. Reservations can be made using the online member portal. All rooms are thoroughly disinfected between uses.
