Pilates Reformer machines utilize different weighted springs to change the resistance for exercises that push, pull and hold the carriage steady. Exercises are dynamic and performed in a wide variety of positions, including lying down, sitting, standing, perched on foot bar or shoulder blocks, etc.

This program has been relocated to Studio A to ensure the safest experience for all and allow everyone to properly social distance. Our classes can accommodate a maximum of five people. Classes with less than three people may be cancelled.
Are you interested in participating, but can't make either class? Please email us with your requests for days/times. If we have at least three people interested, we will do our best to add classes.

Mastering Pilates is a journey that takes time and consistent training to achieve its rewards. Beginners to professional athletes, and everyone in between, will be challenged regardless of age, gender or fitness level.

There is nothing more important than the health and safety of our members and as a result, we have added many new safety protocols.
Specific to this program:
- Masks or facial coverings are required throughout the facility, including during class by all participants and the instructor.
- All reformers have been moved into Studio A (our large exercise studio). Each reformer is over 11 feet from the next.
- This is currently the only class held in our studio. The studio and machines are sanitized and after every class.
- No hands-on adjustments will be made at this time.
All One to One members receive one free intro class! This class give you the opportunity to try Pilates Reformer and see for yourself how it can compliment your current exercise program, aid in injury recovery, and more.
Free intro sessions are only available to those who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class at One to One before. Please arrive a few minutes early and inform your instructor that you are new to Pilates and they will help you get set up and have a great first class.
Register online, at the front desk, or call 216.368.1121. If reserving online, you will need to "purchase" the free intro session, but the cost will be $0.
All members can use MYiCLUB online to update account information, review check-in history, past purchases, and package use, purchase services, schedule classes and view schedules with instructors.
To get started, members need to register through MYiCLUB. Click the "register" button at the bottom. You will need your account number (starts with "3142"). You can get that number through the sign-up process, or ask the front desk. Full instructions can be found here.
We accept all major credit cards and Case Cash. Use MYiCLUB online to purchase your single session or packages of 5, 10 and 20 sessions.
MYiCLUB is only available to members. Non-members (and members) can make their purchase at the front desk or call 216.368.1121.
All classes must be paid for in advance to register or participate.
Please note that all sales are final and classes have a set expiration date. There are no refunds and purchases are non-transferable. Single sessions expire two months from the date of purchase. Packages of 5 and 10 sessions expire six months from the date of purchase. Package of 20 sessions expire nine months from the date of purchase.
Pilates Reformer classes are limited to 5 participants. We strongly encourage pre-registration for classes through MYiCLUB online, where you can also purchase your sessions or packages. Walk-in clients are welcome, but a class spot is not guaranteed.
All classes must be paid for in advance in order to sign up or participate.
Pilates Reformer classes have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Space is limited. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation so that others can participate.
Participants can cancel a class registration outside of this cancellation window (more than 4 hours before class time) via MYiCLUB online or call 216.368.1121.
Late cancellations (made within 4 hours of class) are assessed a $3 late cancel fee. The system will not allow cancellations within 4 hours of class. Please call 216.368.1121.
No shows for a class are deducted a class session.
If you are not at the studio at the start of class, your spot may be given to another participant.
Participants should wear appropriate exercise clothing.
All participants are required to wear socks with grips or go barefoot. Socks without grips are not permitted.
Pilates Reformer classes are limited to 5 participants. To ensure it is an enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following:
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before class
- No gum, food, or drink (closed water bottles are allowed)
- Limit talking during class and follow the instructor's guidance throughout the class.
- Please do not perform your own exercises as it is disruptive to others.
- Wipe down your equipment before and after use.
- Practice good hygiene and avoid wearing perfume, cologne or deodorant with an odor.
