One to One Fitness Center Equipment Options

One to One Fitness Center has a wide variety of cardio, machine weight, free weight and functional training exercise equipment to help keep you motivated and challenged!  

Cardiovascular Equipment

Variety is the key to improving your fitness level and keeping your cardio workouts fun and challenging. We have a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment for you to enjoy.  Best of all, you aren’t going to wait for equipment – we have over 75 pieces of cardio equipment!  Choose from treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, AMTs, Octane Lateral machines, rowers, stairmasters, Gauntlets, VersaClimbers and more! 

Machine Weights

Machine weights are easy to learn and use and safely ensure your body is in the proper position. They help isolate muscle groups, weights can be increased in small increments, and allow you to train with heavier weights without assistance. We have many machine weight options for you, including a new Matrix circuit set up to help you get an effective and efficient workout in without having to move throughout the facility.  In addition to the circuit, we have multiple pieces of each type of equipment so you will never have to wait for an exercise!‌

Free Weight Room

Check out our newly updated free weight room designed to provide you the best in free weight options while providing more room to move!  Whether you are looking for dumbbells, racks, benches, Hammer equipment, cable equipment and more, we have what you need to increase your strength and muscle mass.  Best of all, we pride ourselves on a clean and safe environment – everything will be in its place so you can spend your time working out and not looking for a weight or attachment!

Functional Training and More!

Looking to incorporate fun, functional training into your workout?  You’ll find plenty of medicine balls, BOSU balls, bands, ropes, mats and more.  We also offer +15 Small Group Training classes (TRX, Kettlebell, Total Body Training) per week!

Indoor Track, Heavy Bag and More!

You’ll find no other space like our back room.  Built in the 1800’s as the Western Reserve University Men’s gym, our free weight room (1st floor) and indoor track area (2nd floor) boasts large, beautiful wood beams with high ceilings, bright windows with lots of natural light and beautiful character. Our indoor track is small for running, but is a great location for walking or exercises such as lunges or other functional exercises.  In this area you can also enjoy, with a bit more privacy:

  • Heavy bag
  • Light dumbbells
  • Monkey bars
  • Medicine balls
  • Exercise mats
  • Abdominal equipment

Group Exercise and Small Group Training

Group exercise and small group training has numerous benefits and is great for all fitness levels.  We have over 70 group exercise classes FREE with your membership, view the schedule and class descriptions here!
