This series explores the science behind meaningful workplace relationships and their impact on well-being, offering strategies to enhance job satisfaction and balance personal and professional life. Over four sessions, you'll engage in discussions and practice skills to cultivate authentic connections with co-workers, guided by a skilled instructor.

University Health and Counseling Services offers suggestions for coping, managing stress, and protecting your mental health during times of conflict.

Office of Equity

The Office of Equity enforces nondiscrimination and anti-harassment policies, assesses incidents, investigates, and resolves complaints. It provides disability accommodations, training, and education on discrimination, harassment, Title IX, and consent. The office works with university leadership to eliminate barriers, offer support, and ensure fair resolution of issues.
