Liz Brown

Executive Creative Director

Liz Brown leads UMC’s multidisciplinary creative services team of brand and project managers, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and print coordinators, working collaboratively to deepen campus and national brand recognition and amplify the university’s values through its visual identity. Before joining CWRU, Liz spent eight years in the Las Vegas media market, leading a team that produced copy and visuals for major entertainment companies, political campaigns and professional sports franchises. Prior, she was a journalist in South Florida. She brings a user-centric mindset to creative work and believes in visual expression that connects, engages and resonates. She specializes in brand storytelling, information design, and community-focused visual communication. In her free time, Liz does all things plants and outdoors and chases after her niece and nephews.
