From promoting events to sharing news, digital screens offer a useful option to communicate with members of the campus community.

Digital screens located throughout campus serve as a useful tool for disseminating information about news and events of interest to students, faculty and staff.

University Marketing and Communications manages the content on select digital screens in academic buildings across campus. To request having a slide added to a screen, please use the UMC Digital Screens Request Form.

The screens available through this form are outlined below by school. If you would like your slide to appear in multiple buildings, you may indicate that in the secondary audience section of the form the school.
 
Available UMC-managed digital screens include:

  • College of Arts and Sciences: Crawford Hall first floor
  • Case School of Engineering: Nord atrium; Glennan Hall third floor entry; Wickenden third floor lobby
  • School of Dental Medicine: Samson Pavilion
  • School of Law: George Gund Hall
  • School of Medicine: Biomedical Research Building lobby; Wolstein Building lobby
  • Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences: Noble Commons (Behind reception desk at main entrance)
  • Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing: Samson Pavilion
  • Weatherhead School of Management: Peter B. Lewis Building (several screens throughout); Fowler Center; Dively Building front entry

UMC does not manage the digital screens in Tinkham Veale Univeristy Center, which has four displays throughout the building near entrances. Student organizations may request to display advertisements on these displays. Learn more about The Tink’s options for advertising on digital screens.
