Susan Snipes leads the university’s user experience and web design initiatives, focusing on creating accessible, engaging websites for the campus community. With more than 20 years of experience in UX, digital strategy, and team development, Susan brings a collaborative approach to building intuitive web experiences. Prior to joining CWRU, she managed a UX and product team at Oracle and ran a digital design agency serving clients across technology, education and nonprofit sectors.
Susan holds a BA in Art History and Pre-Architecture from Case Western Reserve University and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts. Outside of work, she creates media art installations and regularly exhibits her work in local galleries. She lives in Lakewood with her family.
