Tana Peckham is a senior marketing and strategy executive with more than 20 years of experience leading brand transformation, organizational strategy, integrated marketing and growth initiatives across public institutions, nonprofit organizations and global consumer brands. She is passionate about helping organizations translate ambitious visions into meaningful action and strengthening institutions that serve and connect communities.
Previously, Tana spent eight years at Cleveland Public Library, serving as both Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. She led major initiatives spanning brand transformation, communications, workforce development and community engagement. Her work included leading the Library's rebrand and an award-winning 150th anniversary campaign.
Before joining the Library, Tana spent 13 years at Nestlé in brand management and centralized marketing roles. She worked with global and national Nestlé brands, helping teams strengthen brand positioning, translate consumer insights into strategy and develop more effective marketing.
A native of Philadelphia, Tana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sociology from Trinity College and a Master of Nonprofit Management (MNO '99) from Case Western Reserve University. She loves skiing, hand lettering and spending time with family. She and her husband, Greg, are longtime Ohio City residents and the proud parents of two daughters and their dog, Norman.
