Dr. Aminoshariae treats patients at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veteran Affairs. She is an Associate Editor, Journal of Endodontics; a consultant, the Council of Scientific Affairs (ADA); Spokesperson on the topic of opioids in dentistry (ADA); Site Visitor, Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA); Fellow of the American College of Dentists and Fellow of the International College of Dentists; member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). She served as the American Association of Endodontists Board of Directors; member, Council of Scientific Affairs (ADA); president of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society; Delegate of the Ohio Dental Association; a member of National Board Endodontics Test Construction Committee for Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations; Chair- of the ADEA Endodontic Section, and a member of the Scientific Advisory Boards for the Journal of Endodontics and Journal of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Aminoshariae has published numerous articles in the field of endodontics and evidence-based dentistry (EBD). Her main research interest has been the integration of EBD and the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment of pulp-related diseases. This includes creating and reporting clinical evidence(s), designing and describing practical methods to include principles of EBD in clinical and didactic education, and analyzing best-available-evidence resources.
