Questions and answers for those hosting an event in 2023 at the University Center:
At this time, the University Center is able accept event requests from departments, student organizations, and external guests.
The building is accessible for all 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. Between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, only those with a University ID card can access the building.
Yes, we will work with MediaVision to make this possible. Please let us know of this interest at the time of reservation to ensure they are available. Fees will apply.
Bon Appetit is still the exclusive caterer of the University Center. Catering options are available, but the delivery of the meals may need to be adjusted or limited depending upon the event. Please contact Bon Appetit to discuss your event’s needs.
