Get Involved

At Weatherhead School of Management, we encourage all alumni to get involved in various ways to help benefit Case Western Reserve University. We offer several opportunities for you to give back, from volunteering and financial support to actively recruiting students and supporting current student career objectives.

Help Students

Mock Interviews

Help make the most of interview opportunities by participating in a mock interview with Weatherhead students. As a mock interviewer, you'll ask typical and probable interview questions based on the provided job description. At the same time, participating students can lower their anxiety levels and build confidence before real-life interviews.

Get in touch with the Career Management Office at 216.368.3662 if you are interested.

Coffee Connections

Whether meeting over coffee or through a phone interview, the Coffee Connections program offers you an opportunity to aid students in their career journey, from providing practice advice and guidance to real-life employment offers.

For more information, contact Courtney Giesey at courtney.giesey@case.edu or at 216.368.6713.

Serve on Panel Discussions

Share your expertise in one of our student roundtable sessions or panel discussions. Alumni who participate in these sessions provide valuable career and employment advice for our students.

Contact the Career Management Office at cmo@case.edu or 216.368.3662 for more information on panel discussions.

Hire Students

As you know, Weatherhead recruits and graduates some of the finest minds in management. Looking to hire? Post a job or internship on Weatherhead CareerLink, our online career management system.

You can also book a quiet, private room at Weatherhead for an hour or a whole day to conduct interviews with our highly qualified students.

Refer Prospective Students

Weatherhead School of Management is leading the way with our signature graduate curricula that explores how sustainability and design are revolutionizing business. The alumni office partners with admissions advisors to recruit world-class students to this world-class management school.

Admissions managers are committed to getting to know prospective students to find interesting (and interested) candidates. We sit down with prospective students at recruitment events to discuss what makes our institution unique.

During special recruitment receptions and weekend events, we also give students opportunities to:

  • Attend a class on design or sustainability
  • Network with alumni and current students
  • Explore career options with a personal career consultation
  • Complete admissions interview
  • Get all questions answered instantly, in person
