Facilities Maintenance

The Department of Facilities Maintenance provides reactive and preventative maintenance services to all university-owned facilities.

A Customer Service Request is needed for all maintenance and general repair carried out by Facilities Maintenance. Submit a Customer Service Request by calling 216.368.2580 or through Asset Essentials (CWRU’s CMMS or Computer Maintenance Management System).

Students should continue to submit maintenance requests through the University Housing Portal. Technology issues should be directed to the University Technology help desk at 216.368.HELP.

The campus is divided into six geographic zones, described below.
