When Do Student Workers Get Paid?
Checks are issued on the 15th and on the last working day of the month. The Office of Student Employment will send a reminder email to all supervisors with payroll cutoff dates.
Only one paycheck is issued, regardless of the number of jobs a student holds. Students must pick up their checks in the Office of Student Employment unless they have arranged for automatic deposit through the Office of Student Employment. All students should expect about a ten day delay between the approval of their time and the printing of payroll checks or direct deposit.
Note: If a student is being paid through a stipend, that student will be paid on the last working day of the month.
Get instructions for setting up direct deposits of payroll check.
