To meet the research, teaching, and learning needs of the campus community, we must secure sustainable funding for resources and staffing from the campus, funding entities, and supporters.
Goals:
- Optimize space to allow for continued growth of collections and services and to increase visibility.
- Engage in a targeted analysis of our collections to develop benchmarks, processes, and data to shift towards more responsive, priority-aligned collection development.
- Assess the collaborative services model implemented within the Knowledge and Creativity Commons.
- Pilot a Peer Research Model to increase access to research support for undergraduate students.
- Explore new ways of supporting technology-enabled teaching, learning, and research through open-source software and new modalities.
