David Fleshler arrived at Case Western Reserve University in May 2009, and he now serves as the vice provost for international affairs. In this role, he leads the Office of Global Strategy, which provides university-level vision and leadership for international activities across campus. David works in partnership with faculty, staff, and students to enhance the university’s international focus. He also works to identify and pursue strategic partnerships with local, state, national and international organizations.
David received his AB from the University of Michigan and JD from Boston College Law School. He resides in Cleveland with his wife and two daughters.
