The Genomics Core offers a wide range of genomic and DNA/RNA quality control services. We use the Illumina platforms for all NGS and genotyping submissions and Applied Biosystems for all Sanger Sequencing. The Genomics Core also offers quality assessment of most types of DNA and RNA, as well as Cell Line Authentication and DNA shearing. Samples can be submitted weekdays during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and requests are formally made online using iLab Operations Software.
