The Genomics Core has now transitioned all service requests over to iLab Operations Software, a part of Agilent Technologies’ CrossLab platform. This is an online system to streamline the process of ordering and billing for core service requests.
A new request is required using the iLab Operations software each time samples are submitted for any of our services. Samples will not be placed into the queue until the request is submitted and samples are dropped off in the Core Welcome Center, located in the Wood Building, room 106.

Log into Genomics Core iLab Site using CWRU ID or given credentials.

Creating an iLab Account
INTERNAL customers - In order to gain access to your funds you (PI/lab manager) will need to begin by logging into iLab at the following web address:

EXTERNAL customers - Fill out the following web form and an external account number will be issued to your lab:

Once an account is created, the Genomics Core ordering site can be found here:

After logging in, simply click on the Request Services tab and select the appropriate form to begin.
Once the request is sent, bring samples in the appropriate tube (volume and concentration service dependent) to the Core Welcome Center, located in the Wood Building, room 106. If you have any questions, please contact Simone Edelheit, lab manager.
