The Genomics Core offers a wide range of DNA library preps from whole-genome PCR free to amplicon sequencing and CRISPR-Cas 9 validation. We also work with users to complete ChIP-seq and CUT&RUN libraries. Targeted DNA is submitted to the core and Illumina adapters and barcodes are added to complete the library, ready for sequencing.

- DNA Quality Control - Qubit for concentration (ng/ul) and the Agilent TapeStation DNA chip / Invitrogen e-gel to determine DNA quality, based on sample type
