Deanna manages the schedules of both the provost and executive vice president as well as the deputy provost for academic strategic initiatives. She assists with several projects as well as the day-to-day operation of the office.
Before her time in the Office of the Provost, Deanna worked as a department assistant in the Department of Chemistry here at Case Western Reserve. Prior to arriving at CWRU, she spent 26 years at John Carroll University in a variety of positions including Manager of Student Records for the College of Arts and Sciences, Assistant to the Director of Institutional Research, and Commencement Coordinator – her favorite position for 19 years!
Deanna holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, and a master’s degree in history from John Carroll University. She is a former member of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors, International where she earned her Collegiate Conference and Events Professional certification. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband; spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends; and cross-stitch.
