Case Western Reserve University's procedures and operating rules related to demonstrations require all students, faculty, staff and postdocs to submit the following form at least seven days prior to the proposed demonstration. Only students, faculty, staff and postdocs in good standing can make a request. Requests remain unapproved until receipt of formal written approval.
