Faculty: Register for Commencement Week events; order regalia by April 23

Dear Case Western Reserve University Faculty,

Commencement Week begins Wednesday, May 14, and as President Kaler shared in his March 24 message, we are excited to celebrate the Class of 2025. We hope you will join us in recognizing the achievements of the students you have helped guide and inspire throughout their time at Case Western Reserve.

This week marks more than the end of an academic journey—it’s a celebration of years of learning, growth and mentorship. For our graduates, your presence is powerful. You are the faces they remember, the voices that encouraged them and the mentors who helped shape their path.

We know this is a busy time, but your participation matters. By showing up during Commencement Week, you help affirm the deep connections that define our university. You send a clear and lasting message to our students: their accomplishments are seen, valued and celebrated—by all of us.

Here is how you can take part:

  • Order regalia by April 23
    • Regalia is required for the academic procession and diploma ceremonies. Submit this form by Wednesday, April 23, to reserve yours.
  • Join the academic procession
  • Attend Commencement Week events
    • Let us know which diploma ceremonies and other events you’ll be attending throughout the week. Register on CampusGroups.

I look forward to celebrating with you during Commencement Week!
