Members of the CWRU community, particularly faculty in STEM-related fields, are invited to participate in the fifth meeting of the STEM Faculty Recruitment and Retention Journal Club Feb. 18 at noon.
This month, the club will discuss “Nudging Toward Diversity: Applying Behavioral Design to Faculty Hiring.” The event will be hosted by Ronald L. Hickman Jr., associate dean for research at the Center for Research and Scholarship and the Ruth M. Anderson Professor at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing.
