To Our Faculty and Staff:
As a research university, Case Western Reserve places a high value on data—especially good, reliable data. It measures progress, reveals patterns and helps to determine next steps.
With that in mind, we want to make you aware that we will share an Employee Engagement Survey with all university faculty and staff during the last week of April. The survey will be administered by Gallup and will help us understand where we are meeting your needs and, importantly, where we can do better.
Taking our university-wide temperature all at once will provide us with valuable baseline measurements that we’ll use to improve our engagement and institutional culture. We strongly encourage you to take the survey and to make your opinion count, as individual results will be combined into both overall and workgroup-level reports.
We will share more with you about the survey in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we look forward to this opportunity to grow together as a university community.
