Postmark Deadline for Ohio Absentee Ballot (Vote-by-Mail) Returns - Please note new Ohio rule that Vote-by-Mail ballots must be received by your County Board of Elections by 7:30pm on Election Day to be counted.	Mon, May 4
Primary Election Day - Polls open from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. All remaining absentee ballots must be returned in-person to the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m.	Tues, May 5
