Studying abroad allows you to discover and immerse yourself in other cultures, gaining an appreciation for world issues and an advantage in graduate school applications and job interviews. In fact, research links studying abroad to improved graduate school admission rates and increased starting salaries.

Case Western Reserve University undergraduates and graduates can choose from more than 100 programs in 40 countries. Programs range from a week to a year, making it easy for CWRU students of all majors to pack their bags and reap the full benefits of international experience.

About 38% of Case Western Reserve University undergraduate students study abroad—more than three times the national average—and participate in: service learning experiences, internships, practica, co-ops, research, and foreign language immersion.
