The centerpiece of the George S. Dively Building is the Forest City Pavilion, a two-story space with a soaring cathedral ceiling and high arched windows. The focal point is a grand staircase, which is the main intersection for visitors to the Dively Building.
Flooded with natural light and enhanced with an elegant chandelier, the Forest City Pavilion can accommodate more than 100 people for lectures or can be set up with tables for banquets or receptions. The Pavilion offers seating and study alcoves at both levels, which also serve as meeting and breakout areas for smaller groups from nearby classrooms. On the south side of the Forest City Pavilion, the doors open onto the terrace for outdoor receptions.
