Abe Joseph is a change management professional who is focused on creating and improving learning and development initiatives across the professional services landscape. Specifically, he is focused on supporting teammates facing transformational change in the face of the fourth industrial revolution through experiential learning interventions. As a masters graduate in the field of organizational development, Mr. Joseph also offers expertise in the application of strengths-based approaches to promote change and transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

As a change consultant, Mr. Joseph is engaged in empowering
PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) and its workforce of 327,000 to meet the major demands in the age of digitalization. Included in this effort has been the removal of 5 million charge hours from the US Tax practice through the use of cutting-edge automation and visualization software. Mr. Joseph has also worked to create a program for the design and issuance of digital credentials - his signature “Human-Centered Design” badge has upskilled PwC teammates on design thinking, data-driven storytelling, and agile project management. Mr. Joseph has also applied behavioral economics research to encourage and embed digital behaviors, shift mindsets, fuel innovation, and ultimately equip the PwC network of firms to better anticipate and respond to disruption.

Prior to joining PwC’s consulting practice, Mr. Joseph enjoyed serving clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) at both PwC and Deloitte. In his capacity as a certified public accountant, Mr. Joseph performed tax due diligence to verify target representations, identify exposures, and optimize integration for a number of Fortune 100 companies. Notable M&A transactions included a $12 billion post-merger integration of a multinational power management company, a $7 billion divestiture of a publishing company, and a $6 billion acquisition of an international medical device manufacturer.

Mr. Joseph is a newly appointed Action Learning Management 398 Coach as of Fall 2022 and a proud graduate of the program.
