Mr. Baum is an owner at Baum Blaugrund, LLC., having over 30 years of accounting and other financial consulting experience, working in public accounting and in industry. He specializes in fraud and forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damages, and other litigation support services.
Mr. Baum is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) who is accredited in business valuation (“ABV”) and certified in financial forensics (“CFF”), a Certified Valuation Analyst (“CVA”), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”). He is a member of the AICPA, NACVA, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (“OSCPA”), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (“ACFE”).
He has lectured on a variety of topics, including business valuation, damages, financial analysis techniques, and fraud. In addition to his employment at Baum Blaugrund, LLC, he is currently employed as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio.
