Miyeon Jung is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Department of Design and Innovation. Her research focuses on digital marketing, digital healthcare, and blockchain. She collaborates with firms in mobile commerce, digital healthcare, and blockchain industries, exploring research questions that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Her work has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Marketing and Production and Operations Management, and has been featured in Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal. She serves as a co-track chair and session chair at the DSI Annual Conference. She earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from POSTECH and her Ph.D. in Management Engineering from KAIST.
