Her areas of expertise include sensemaking in organizations, trauma and adversity at work, and processes of personal growth. Before coming to Oxford, Sally was a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University College London, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from UBC, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Sheffield.
