In this webinar, we look at the rapid growth in organizations that “Do Well by Doing Good,” what drives people to lead such organizations, and the direct-intuitive practices that help them on their journey. Weatherhead School of Management Professor Chris Laszlo will share key insights and actions you can take based on his research published in Flourishing Enterprise (2014) and Quantum Leadership (2019). Weatherhead alumna Ana Karina Smith Cain (MGT '22), who studied in the MPOD program, will showcase her work with two mission-driven flourishing organizations. The Women Directors Association in Panama—a collective comprising over 200 female corporate board members—with its mission of enhancing board effectiveness through the promotion of board gender diversity; and RIPAPA, the Ibero-American Appreciative Inquiry Network, uniting a community of over 100 practitioners spanning the Americas, Spain and Portugal.
