Students shared their best Cleveland stories at the CLE Rising “Share Your Voice” student session.
CWRU undergraduate and graduate students of all programs and backgrounds were invited to attend the CLE Rising “Share Your Voice” Student Session on September 25 from 4:00-5:30pm. The session, taking place at the Red Cat Room in Wade Commons, invited participants to share their most positive story about Cleveland. In October, a new vision for Cleveland will be developed at the community-wide CLE Rising Summit. This session was an opportunity for students to share stories ahead of time in case they cannot make the two and a half-day Summit.
The CLE Rising “Share Your Voice” student session was led by an Appreciative Inquiry facilitator, who asked students to answer four questions about their most positive Cleveland story. These positive stories will help us find Cleveland’s greatest strengths and give us a pathway to transform the quality of life in Cleveland for the better.
What is the CLE Rising Summit? A gathering of 1,000 people from all over our community will come together for two and a half days in October to generate a new vision and goals for Cleveland’s future. Learn more about the Summit in October.
