Helping People Change: Coaching with Compassion for Lifelong Learning and Growth by Weatherhead faculty members Richard Boyatzis, Melvin Smith and Ellen Van Oosten has won Coaching Book of the Year 2020 from Henley Centre for Coaching at the Henley Business School.
The award was presented during the Coaching Conference 2020 which was held virtually.
The highly-recognized book, which was published in 2019, was also awarded the gold medal at the Axiom Business Book awards earlier this year.
