Satish Nambisan’s “The Digital Multinational” wins best business book award

The Digital Multinational: Navigating the New Normal in Global Business, co-written by Satish Nambisan, the Nancy and Joseph Keithley Professor of Technology Management at Weatherhead School of Management, has won a 2023 Best Business Book award from Axiom

“The core theme of our book is that global companies must navigate a world that is digitally connected yet geopolitically fragmented,” Nambisan says. “I see this book award as a validation of our focus and ideas and so I am extremely thrilled to receive this recognition from Axiom.”

The Axiom Business Book Awards are presented in 25 business categories to newly published business books that will help readers understand changing trends and technologies affecting the business world. The Digital Multinational received the gold award in the category of International Business/Globalization.

Nambisan’s co-author, Yadong Luo, is Emery M. Findley Distinguished Chair and professor of management at University of Miami. In their book, Nambisan and Luo discuss how companies can adapt to the evolving dynamics of international business.
