Q: Could you tell me about your internship this summer?
The Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Scholar Program is a 10-week summer program. It includes four weeks of educational training on core finance and investment concepts at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a six-week paid summer internship in asset management. For the internship portion, I was placed at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York City, as an asset management product summer analyst.

Q: What led you to this internship?
I heard about this program through word of mouth. Several of my peers with similar interests recommended it to me, as it is a great way to get educational and professional experience and an amazing community to be part of.

Q: What has been your favorite part of the internship so far?
My favorite part of the internship is being able to learn new things and meet more people every day!

Q: What are you most looking forward to getting out of this experience?
I am looking to learn as much as I can about finance and investing, gain educational and professional experience, and grow personally and professionally in this community of very motivated, supportive individuals.
