Q: What are you up to this summer?
I have an internship with the Cleveland Clinic on the Global Patient Services (GPS) team of international operations. I am also working on a project on performance report of interpreters, furthermore assigned as GPS OH Project lead for Pulse Survey.
Q: What has been your favorite part of the internship so far?
Attending Cleveland Clinic's In-Country Representative Summit 2022 in June. I learned a lot about the process, management, marketing, business development and so many other research development programs going on inside Cleveland Clinic International Operations.
Q: What are you most looking forward to getting out of this experience?
I will get hands-on experience from different verticals of the Cleveland Clinic International Operations team. Also, I will get global exposure in terms of the work environment. I hope to meet new people, improve my language skills and broaden my horizons. I’ve never been abroad before, and hope that this experience will open my eyes somehow to all the differences we have in the world. That’s what I hope to gain from my experience with the Cleveland Clinic, but who knows–maybe I will gain even more.
