The Weatherhead School of Management has been named to Bloomberg Businessweek’s ranking of the best U.S. business schools of 2021-22. The list is based on data compiled from students, alumni, corporate recruiter surveys, compensation and job-placement data from each school.
Weatherhead ranked 78th in the U.S. this year. Bloomberg did not publish rankings in 2020 due to COVID-19.
“We are proud to be listed among the Best Business Schools in the country,” said Manoj Malhotra, Dean of the Weatherhead School of Management. “We continue to refine our MBA program to fully prepare our students to be competitive in the job market upon graduation, and to make additional enhancements in the near future.”
In addition to the overall ranking, schools are separately ranked on five component indexes: compensation, networking, learning, entrepreneurship and (the newly added category) diversity. The diversity index score looked at race/ethnicity and gender representation among students and “comes as more schools, students, companies and society at large focuses increasingly on diversity.” The combination of these five indexes provides students more ways to evaluate a school’s offerings.
