In August of 2023, Ruth Mafuta joined the Weatherhead School of Management as the program manager for the Executive MBA program and Center for Family Business. In the role, Mafuta will support the EMBA students in their journey through the program.

What makes you most excited about joining Weatherhead?
I'm really excited to work with the great staff of Weatherhead and engaging with the students.
What do you love most about Cleveland?
I love Cleveland sports, specifically basketball and I'm a huge LeBron James fan. I love all the local food areas that we have and most definitely our Cleveland Metroparks.
