Lingafelter is responsible for leading and managing Moen Incorporated today and into the future. He articulates a clear vision and strategic direction for all business units and ensures their effective execution of measurable goals and objectives. In addition, Lingafelter stimulates and encourages new product development and innovations in marketing, operations and technology, ensuring continued growth, profitability and market leadership, globally.

Lingafelter has been with Moen since 1990 when he joined the company as Manager of In-Store Service/Retail. During his tenure, he spent more than 20 years in various capacities of increased responsibilities that included Product Manager/Marketing Manager/Retail, Marketing Manager/Wholesale, Senior Product Manager/Kitchen, Group Product Manager/Kitchen, Vice President of Faucet and Sink Marketing, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, Vice President and General Manager for Moen's U.S. Wholesale Business Unit and President, U.S. Faucets.

He received an undergraduate degree in economics from Kenyon College and a master's degree in business administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
