Michael McCaskey, grandson of George Halas, is the former chairman of the board of the Chicago Bears. In 1985 his peers voted him as The Sporting News NFL Executive of the Year. Prior to leading the Bears, he taught at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the Harvard Business School.
