Shelly McNamara is the chief equality and inclusion officer of Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she has developed leading strategies to make the organization one of the most innovative, diverse and inclusive companies in the world by transforming it along multiple vectors: confidence, capabilities, culture and record business results.
In 2022, she was selected for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business’s (AACSB) 2022 Class of Influential Leaders for her work at P&G in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Beyond her work at P&G, McNamara serves as a member of the World Economic Forum’s community of chief diversity and inclusion officers, the Conference Board’s global diversity and inclusion executives council, the Cincinnati Chamber&s Minority Business Accelerator and is on the board of the Trevor Project. She is also the author of No Blanks, No Pauses: A Path to Loving Self and Others.
She graduated with her Master of Science in Organization Development and Analysis from Weatherhead School of Management in 1991.
