Combining Product Analytics with Strategy & Leadership

Our program arranges the curriculum around the “four pillars” of product management. The curriculum starts with the foundations of product management and product strategy. We then move to critical topics of product discovery, product design and development, and product marketing and growth.  A two-semester corporate-sponsored experiential learning project acts as a capstone, which unifies and applies the learnings directly to a real-world situation.  The product management-specific courses account for ~40% of the program.

We pair the product management courses with a core MBA suite (~60% of the program) to provide a strong foundation in business management and leadership.  You will learn from the individuals who pioneered some of the principles of leadership, from appreciative inquiry and change management to experiential learning and building sustainable value.

Our three-modality learning structure is a key element of the Weatherhead experience. You will attend live, virtual classes, which enable collaboration with faculty and your cohorts much like a traditional in-person environment. Asynchronous learning modules that you can complete around your busy schedule augment the live sessions. Experiential learning supported by our corporate partners, so important in today’s data and digital-intensive world, is the theme of your two residencies.
