User Satisfaction Survey

Since 2014, we have run Kelvin Smith Library's biennial User Satisfaction Survey, seeking participation from Case Western Reserve University students, faculty, and staff. The survey assesses satisfaction with KSL resources, services, spaces, and collections, allowing library staff to make meaningful improvements to the library.
