We seek to achieve operational excellence to meet the expectations and evolving needs of the campus community. We will initiate innovative and agile practices, and assess and evaluate our effectiveness and impact.


  • Build a collection strategy that advances the research, teaching, and learning goals of the university.
  • Review our current systems strategy for content access and make recommendations to improve and enhance discovery.
  • Define and execute the beginning stages of the ILS/LSP migration (Library Services Platform).
  • Outline the oversight and responsibilities within the Knowledge and Creativity Commons.
  • Implement cross-team collaboration and training to expand expertise across the library; develop training to expand knowledge across the organization and develop opportunities for cross team engagement. 
  • Develop a marketing strategy to promote faculty and student services and their success.
  • Develop services, programs, and expertise to address the University's emerging focus on AI in the classroom and in research.
