We are pleased to announce that Dr. Rosa K. Hand has been named as one of two recipients of the 2025 Faculty Mentor Award, which recognizes approachable and reliable interpersonal skills, positive impact on junior faculty, and a commitment to professionalism in oneself and others. Dr. Hand was selected from a large group of other nominees due to her attentive and insightful feedback, steadfast guidance, astute sponsorship, and genuinely caring that medical students, graduate students, and undergraduate students succeed in their own career paths, without expecting anything in return. The award was presented by Dean Stan Gerson at the Faculty Recognition Reception on December 4, 2025.
