Now in its second year, the Case Western Reserve University STEM Faculty Recruitment and Retention Journal Club is focused on increasing recruitment and retention of historically disenfranchised populations in STEM disciplines.
The last meeting of the spring 2022 semester will take place Thursday, April 14, from noon to 1 p.m. The meeting will be hosted by Joachim G. Voss, the Independence Foundation Professor of Nursing and program director for the PhD in Nursing program at Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing.
Attendees will discuss readings centered on anti-racist interventions to transform departments and closing achievement gaps with a utility-value intervention.
