Transcript Validation

Official transcripts display on a blue background in portrait format and bear the university registrar's signature and university seal.

Electronic transcripts are issued in a certified PDF format that displays a blue ribbon when viewed with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. If the blue ribbon information indicates that the document signature is invalid or the author is unknown, the document should be rejected. When printed, the words “Copy of Transcript” appear diagonally centered on the page.

Printed transcripts are issued on blue security paper with the university name printed in small type in the background. When photocopied, the words “VOID,” “COPY,” or “UNOFFICIAL” appear. Additional validation instructions are included on the back of each page.
