Beginning November 10, 2026, you can use Stellic to track your degree progress, create your schedule, and plan for future terms.

FAQs

No, SOM students will continue to follow their regular process of requesting clinical rotations through cSRS. Once enrolled, these rotations will show in Stellic.

As your rotations are registered in SIS, you will see them appear in Stellic. Please use the Planner function in Stellic as you create your schedule to ensure all graduation requirements are met before degree conferral.

Your planned and official schedules in Stellic are accessible to your advisor in real time. This can be used in planning meetings to discuss which graduation requirements are outstanding and ensure you are on track.

Students who believe an exception may be needed for a degree requirement need to reach out to the School of Medicine Registrar at som-stellic@case.edu.
