The Undergraduate Research Office will provide poster printing for Spring Intersections presenters.  There are specific guidelines (below) that you need to follow in order to take advantage of having your poster printed for free at one of our two Campus Partner: FedEx and Student Activities and Leadership.

If you have any questions, please email or phone FedEx (above).  Students who need "last minute" printing up to 24 hours in advance will be charged [standard rates]. The Undergraduate Research Office will not pay for last minute (standard rates] printing.

In addition to the poster pdf, students must include the following information in their email:(1) your name, (2) poster size, (3) specify Bond (preferred) or HWC, and (4) a note that the Undergraduate Research Office is paying.

Please note that FedEx has both Bond and HWC options. Both for costs and sustainability, the Undergraduate Research Office recommends Bond.
