Poster Printing Information - Summer 2024

The Undergraduate Research Office (URO) will provide poster printing for presenters who meet the following criteria: (1) Presenters who submit their poster for printing by the stated deadline; (2) Summer Intersections presenters whose summer research programs or project departments do not provide printing.  Please check with your summer program director or coordinator to confirm whether or not they will provide for poster printing. There are specific guidelines (below) that you need to follow in order to take advantage of having your poster printed for free at the Student Activities and Leadership office.  Please note that the SA&L provides Bond printing but not High Weight Coated (HWC) printing, which is offered on campus through FedEx.

University Student Activities and Leadership (SA&L)

For Intersections printing, please use the information here and NOT the information on the SA&L website. When you are ready to submit your poster pdf, you must use this form for the Undergraduate Research Office to pay for your poster printing. Please submit your poster order on or by Tuesday, July 30, 5:00 p.m.  Late submissions must pay for their poster printing and an additional $5.00 rush fee.   Additional information:

(1) Save your poster pdf as LastName.FirstName.postersize.poster number.  Example: Smith.Summer.32x40.1

(2) SA&L Poster Size Options and Costs: 32" x 40" =$12; 40" x 60" = $18.

There is an additional $5.00 charge for high resolution needed for detailed/intense/darker backgrounds.

(3) The poster pdf should be sized to match the poster printed size or should be scaled accordingly.  For example, if you would like your poster to be 40 x 60, the PDF could be 20 x 30.

(4) All posters will be ready on or by Wednesday, July 31, unless otherwise specified in the comment section of the form.  SA&L will email each student when their poster is ready to be picked up.  Presenters must pick-up posters Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the SA&L Office.

If you have any questions for SA&L, please email SpartaCenter@case.edu or call 216-368-2679.
